Obviously, it is a small price for a building with a surface of approximately 120m² on the ground. It is obvious that there is much work to make a house of it, but it is perfectly possible. The left side was a house at the time, there is a chimney, but was transformed into cattle shed afterwards.

The downstairs room is 6,5m by 6,5m and the ceiling has heights of 2m50. The first floor has same measurements, but the ceiling is very low, as it was normal at the time, and thus here, there is not enough height to make modern sized rooms. On the other hand, it would be sympathetic to remove the floor and to create parts with heights up to the roof.

The contiguous barn has almost same measurements, so 6,5m by 6,5m and there is a height of almost 6m.

The building is a little hidden behind houses located higher, so the sun will put a little longer to arrive on the frontage in the morning. But if you arrange the house towards the back side by making openings in the back wall, you can create a beautiful view and profit of the setting sun! It’s also on the back side, that there is the land, and there more neighbours on this side, so beautiful possibilities.

You can create surely something good here, but you will need a little imagination. Electricity, water, ADSL are available in the hamlet, but not connected yet to the building.

And you will be obliged to make an installation of a septic tank.
